The Law Office of Deborah A. Perkins offers fifteen years of experience resolving family law matters.  We understand that family law is different than other areas of the law in that the issues are quite personal and emotions may run high.  Our training and experience give us the tools to be effective advocates while also having compassion for our clients.

It is our job to advise you of your legal rights, and then to work with you to develop a case strategy that is in alignment with your goals and budget.  In carrying out that strategy, we will utilize the appropriate legal vehicles to get you the information that you need, negotiate with opposing counsel or your spouse to secure a fair settlement, and when settlement is not possible, advocate for you at trial.

It is our goal to keep the cost of legal representation affordable.  As such, we offer limited scope representation and consulting services in addition to full-service representation.

We have two locations to serve you:  Simi Valley and Westlake Village.  Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
